NESTOR ZELAYA

Nestor is the owner and operator of Fear City Tattoo. He was born in El Salvador and immigrated to the US as a child. His family moved to Los Angeles where he grew up. He spent 2 years as an apprentice before tattooing full time in Venice. His passion grew for tattoos and perfecting the art.
